At The Hill Food Company we do things a little differently.  Whether it’s an intimate dinner, product or brand launch, press day, wedding, milestone celebration or themed party, our expert team use the best, seasonal ingredients to create innovative and exciting menus and exceptional events. We specialise in bespoke cooking, so no event we do is ever the same and we strive to over-deliver for everyone we work for.

Food + Drink


Our ethos is simple: the food you cook can only be as good as the ingredients you start with. Our passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce from our trusted suppliers is reflected in all our dishes.  Whether you’re looking for sharing boards brimming with bold and colourful flavours, canapés to match your brand or theme, or prefer a more traditional three-course supper, our bespoke menus offer the flexibility to create something that is an exact fit to your event.

We’re really proud of our carefully curated wine list and cocktail menus. Our cocktails change seasonally to suit our food, and include a mix of classics as well as our favourite flavours (think lots of sours, botanicals and floral inspired martinis). Our wine list includes fantastic English wines as well as a comprehensive collection of international options.  As with everything else, if it’s not on the list, let us know, and we’ll be able to mix it for you. For the non-drinkers, we also have a great selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, fresh juices and infusions.


We are happy to take on as much or as little of the organising as you like. Our goal is to create a unique and memorable event and every element is brought together by a team committed to delivering great food and great service.

We handpick our flowers daily from the market, and we work with seasonal blooms and foliage, drawing inspiration from the surroundings of your event, your food choices and style. Just like our events, our floral arrangements range from the big and bold to the small and delicate, but everything we do reflects our passion for natural design and creativity.

Who are we?

Georgia Doherty

Georgia Doherty

Georgia trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, and learnt floristry under the watchful eye of floral artist designer, Zita Elze. Her greatest inspiration is drawn from extensive experience as a private chef and her love of food derives from years of picking, digging and collecting home grown ingredients and turning them into lunch.

Ever the early bird, there’s nothing she loves more than baking bread before the sun comes up, picking flowers or wandering around the New Covent Garden Market for inspiration. On rare days off, she is happiest growing vegetables and edible flowers in her London garden.

Arabella Grubb

Bella learnt her trade as an Event Manager at top London catering company Rocket Food, working with some of the capital’s most illustrious clients before joining The Hill Food Company in 2015.

Ensuring every event is organised flawlessly – both front of house and behind the scenes – Bella has never been afraid to roll up her sleeves (particularly when it comes to shaking cocktails), and takes any request in her stride.

When she’s not lining up glasses in meticulous rows on a bar, she can be seen running around London venues, or in quieter moments, making jams and chutneys whilst dreaming up a theme for the next party.
